Any holiday booking made as a result of an enquiry made via our website will be made directly between you (the customer) and the tour operator or supplier. travelguru.tv accepts no liability for any contract entered into by you (the customer) in relation to your holiday including but not limited to any services, damages, injuries, acts or omissions as a result of an enquiry make via the travelguru.tv website. Therefore, customers should check the terms and conditions of the relevant tour operator or supplier prior to confirming a booking.
All subsequent correspondence regarding the holiday and booking confirmation will come directly from the relevant tour operator or supplier. Bookings will be subject to the relevant tour operators’ or suppliers’ terms and conditions which you should read carefully before proceeding. Any subsequent changes, amendments or cancellations will be dependent on the relevant tour operator or supplier booking terms.

The vast majority of the holidays we promote run smoothly and meet or hopefully exceed expectations. Conversely, we recognise that sometimes things can wrong or despite all the information we and the tour operator provide, occasionally expectations may fall short. So we encourage our customers to register as travelguru members so they can write their own reviews and share their feedback and experiences. This feedback will help other customers to make a more informed choice when choosing their next holiday or destination. However, to ensure we maintain a sensible level of decency and accuracy, we do reserve the right to edit or delete member reviews.
