BVI Yacht Charters
If you have a reasonable level of sailing experience, an independent yacht charter is a realistic holiday option. Sunsail offers the widest possible range of boats and complete support from choosing your ideal yacht and cruising destination, to organising the finer details. They provide full boat and chart briefings, so you will know all the best places to explore before you cast off.
Sunsail skippers are also available to hire for as long or as little as you might need them. The skipper will take care of the day-to-day running of your yacht, leaving you free to swim, snorkel and relax. Call upon your skipper’s knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and the most sheltered anchorages. If you want to get involved then your skipper will be more than happy to show you the ropes.
If you really want to push the boat out, why not hire a cleaner/cook for the week too? They'll freshly prepare all your meals and keep your yacht ship shape.
Stay and Sail – yacht charter can easily be combined with hotel nights pre or post to extend your holiday.
The Fleet

Sunsail offers yachts of length 33ft to 52ft, spanning both monohulls and catamarans.

Flotilla Holidays
Flotillas provide the ultimate balance between independence and unobtrusive support while sailing. Sunsail offer s24 flotilla routes throughout the Med and across the Caribbean. These specially chosen itineraries ensure you visit some of the best anchorages in the sailing area, while still allowing you to take as much time for free sailing as you like.
A flotilla holiday is the ultimate in social sailing and a great option for couples, singles and groups of friends with a taste for adventure. It’s an informal, relaxed and unique experience. This is a holiday with a difference, seeing somewhere new every day without having to pack and unpack or pay extra travel or hotel expenses.
Sailing with up to 12 other yachts, your lead crew will sail with you and provide a flexible itinerary to follow that includes suggested anchorages to visit during the day or to moor for the night, ensuring you see the best of your chosen sailing area.
There are Flotilla options for different levels of experience and not all members of the party need to be experienced. However, with your safety and enjoyment in mind, it is a requirement that two individuals, both over 18, in each party have the required flotilla or sailing experience and can be nominated as Skipper and Experienced Crew.
